Bio

Audiovisual electronic artist. I recorded my early works of experimental electronic music in the mid 80′s, in a style between industrial and cut-up. In the 90′s. I assisted in recording some of the seminal hits of the majorcan house scene, and contributed to promoting electronic music as a member of collectives Tecnofamilia and later Virus/Antivirus labels. I have released by myself or with members of the latter collective original tracks and remixes in labels such as Weekend, Stereo, Subterfuge, Moss, Underphone, Kidesol, Clubstar, Pasatiempos, etc….

During the 00′s I took up my solo live acts again, playing as much in clubs (Fonica, Underclub, Cube, BCM, Zentral…) as in Festivals (Ping, Festia+, Pitch, White Party, Centremàtic…). In 2007, Pasatiempos released  2007 my album “Proyecto Humanoide” with a music style that could be defined as experimental minimal and that I performed live using theremin, voice processors and other electronic gadgets. In the same year I also released tracks in labels such as Irdial, A.C.A., Upfront and Subversive Media, etc. Some tracks of this period got support from international DJ’s such as Mauro Picotto, Sharam (Deep Dish), Umek and was included by Adam Beyer in his compilation “FUSE presents…”.

In these moments (2010-) I am taking a break from techno music while collaborating in some projects such as the “Roñatrón” collective, the band “Invaders” and experimenting with a different set of tools. I am deeply involved in the study of alternative ways for sound design, mainly the Kyma system, and generative interactive video programmed in Quartz Composer.
